When you’re the only person in the room you’re the smartest and dumbest person in the room. We help people and organizations not be either.

Mission / What

We exist to be a resource for Greenville to grow its people, businesses and communities. We compare our space to a Petrie dish where people and organizations bump into each other and good stuff happens.

Culture / Values / How

Open is more than part of our name, it is our ethos and we take cues from successful open-source communities.

We operate an open, lean co-work space that is well-informed because our members operate and steer the bus.

“Open” is not for everyone, but as a member, here’s what you’re signing up for:

• Open to new ideas – better solutions come from multiple perspectives.
• Open to involvement – encourage all members to contribute where they can.
• Open to community – work with other community groups to achieve bigger things.

Vision

We intend to create the model for a successful community-run physical work and meeting space where our successes can be open-sourced to the world.
